We will…
You brief us, we build the file
Tell us about your company and what it intends to do in Spain. We draft the Modelo 036 and assemble the supporting paperwork — with no notarised, legalised or translated documents to chase.
We file with the Agencia Tributaria
Acting under a power of attorney, we lodge the NIF application for your foreign entity directly with the tax authority — so neither you nor a director has to travel to Spain.
Your company receives its NIF
Within 1–2 business days your company holds its Spanish NIF — ready to trade, buy property, register for EPR and VAT, or open a corporate bank account.
What is the NIF — and why you need one in Spain
Selling into Spain, buying property or meeting packaging rules as a foreign company? The first thing your business needs is a Spanish NIF — the corporate tax number. Without it you cannot invoice, register for VAT, comply with EPR or sign a deed.
We do nothing but Spanish company tax registration. We obtain the NIF for foreign entities without a permanent establishment, then guide the VAT, OSS and EPR steps that follow — all handled remotely on your behalf.

How the NIF works in Spain
The NIF registration, the paperwork, the Spanish Tax Agency (Agencia Tributaria) — answered.
We draft the Modelo 036 and register your entity with the Agencia Tributaria under a power of attorney. No notarised or translated documents are needed, nobody travels, and the NIF is usually issued within 1–2 business days.
For a company the NIF and CIF are the same number (CIF being the older name). The NIE is a personal number that a director or representative may need in their own right.
No. Most foreign companies operate on the N98 NIF for entities without a permanent establishment — enough to sell, buy property, register for VAT and meet EPR duties.
A NIF to begin with, then usually VAT (IVA) or the One-Stop-Shop, plus EPR/packaging registration if you put packaging or products on the market. We set all of it up.
EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) makes companies accountable for the waste from their packaging and products. If you sell or import into Spain it usually applies, and a NIF is required before you can register.
No. The company NIF is obtained 100% remotely and needs no notarised, legalised or translated documents.
